The 77th Independence Day at A. V. P. College of Arts and Science was celebrated in a grand manner on 15th August 2023. Dr.V.Kathiresan, Principal of the college welcomed the gathering. Rtn. P. D. G. Mr. A. Karthikeyan, Chairman, AVP group of institutions delivered the presidential address. Dr. J. Ravi, Medical superintendent, Eye foundation was the chief guest of the day. He hoisted the National Flag and delivered Independence Day address. The students of the college performed Patriotic speeches on thus special occasion. On behalf of Eco club “Tree plantation” was done in the campus. Finally, Mr. S. Ashok kumar, Administrative officer proposed the Vote of Thanks.
