B.Com Banking & Insurance was introduced in the academic year 2018-2019 and B.Com International Business & B.Com Corporate Secretaryship programme was introduced in the year 2020-21. The Department is conferred to prepare the students for employability in all aspects. Guest Lectures are arranged periodically by inviting experts from industries and institutions to impart knowledge for the students in latest areas relating to banking, Insurance, Customs etc.,. Students are motivated to participate in the seminars, Conferences are conducted through the department association. The career prospects i.e., Banking, Insurance, Charted Accountancy, Customs, Corporate Secretaryship, Economist, Share Broking, Entrepreneurship, Business & Financial Analyst, etc., are extremely bright.
